Consumed @ 13-14 C in a large bowl glass , this one is coming creamy with a little bit of nutty action and some mineral backup on the finish. It has aged with a grace and I was lucky the bottle was in a good condition.

This one has evolved with a very pleasant creaminess. Med to full bodied, quite enjoyable in kinda relaxed mood.

Vancouver Confrerie Chapitre des Valentines (Five Sails - Vancouver, BC) : Unfortunately this was rather advanced. Ripe banana and fresh caramel dominated the nose. Burnt oak, caramel, bananas, and lemon on the palate. I was looking forward to trying this bottle, it's unfortunate this was heavily oxidized. Not rated
