Quevedo Family Touriga Nacional

A long airing 1 + hours . Dark crimson with med/ long legs. Neutral nose with some mineralogy, and a bit of plum notes. Flavors of fruit : plum, strawberry, and a hint of earth/granite. Nice feel on the finish. Has amazing potential to those that keep this cellared

Inky, almost black om color. Lovely overripe dark fruits nose, not too pungent just enough to say hey im here. Beautiful palate, definitely dark fruit dominant, little acid at mid and back palate. I love this style so im going way up.... how to get more though???

Mild violet floral, blackberry jam, and black cherry notes on the nose. The palate starts with a Grenache-like leathery flavor (which I enjoy) as well as a black cherry and quince notes on the finish. The flavor is big with medium acid balance and the tannins are somewhat grainy and linger for an extended finish. Benefits from lots of air. Decanted for 1.5 hours... Dark purple in color with medium/fast legs. Earthy aromas and hints of plum and blackberry. Lower in tannins than most tourigas; Nice dark fruit flavors- the same plum and blackebbery and hint of strawberry. Pretty nice medium-long finish 89 points from me and might get better in 4-5 years
