Good bottle. Served at Noma, Copenhagen. NV #3 Slightly yellow and green. Fresh bouquet of citrus, lime, sea shells, chalk, grapefruit and tropic fruit. Quite good mineral, lovely acidity, quite long with a fresh finish. Not a Grand Vin, but well done.

Colour: Light coppery in colour Nose: Lime, zitrus, fresh sliced grapefruit, chalk, yeast and brioche Palate: Expected something more sparse. Nevertheless medium-bodied with a fresh acidity and lovely fine mouse. Very easy drinking champagne with a lack of depth on the finish.
