Delicious medium to full body, red and prune fruit, firm acidity, nice dusty tannins.

Medium body cab. Popped and poured. First hit is the firm acidity, followed by subdued red fruit then stony minerality. After an hour, blackberry and plum emerged, acid reduced, and mineral persisted, for a delicious balance. Tannin backbone is modest, so not an overly big dense nor complex but a good cab. P.S. day 2, tannins more assertive, quite nice and dusty amy a little grippy, complementing the other qualities.
