Mercer Mercer Canyons

Black fruit character, with a touch of fake oak on it, with some harsh stave oak kinda thing going on. Smokey and a bit reductive. Its not bad a taster notes. RIpe fruit.

Dark and pleasant. we would buy again.

Rich plum and black cherry fruit, velvety texture and good balancing acidity. A nice merlot, good value. Much better than typical grocery store Washington reds.

Sweet fruit impression, nice berry and chocolate combination but fairly simple. Deep color but not inky, good fruit intensity, soft tannin. Mostly Merlot and a fairly big wine. I'm upgrading this wine from 89 to 90 after tasting recently.
