(CdV) Un savagnin tout en finesse, délicat, minéral, salin et épicé, noix fraîche, avec une fine touche de mirabelle. Rien d’exubérant, c’est étiré et typé terroir, rappelant une fleur de savagnin de La Tournelle avec peut-être un peu moins d’énergie. 91-92

Only with a touch of oxidation giving the wine a fruitier expression than what I would normally expect from a Savagnin.

A bit waxy, nutty, but high acidity, fresh yellow fruit. Was a good pairing with cheese.
