Still apricots and honey though bigger than I remembered. Good wine but paired this all wrong with a shrimp risotto that needed something sharper and leaner.

Majority of Menu Pineau with some Chenin. Very aromatic, smoky and herbal with a strong medicinal note (often find this with menu pineau). A touch of honey. Super high acidity. Fun and very enjoyable even if not as deep and "elegant" as Julien Courtois Original menu pineau.
