100% Sem from the Diamondback vineyard in Oliver, which shows that Tinhorn Creek aka Peller own. 54% stainless, 46% French oak (20% was new French). Decanted about 30m. Honey, almond, crossiant, lime zest, hint of custard. Not a fav, felt the oak really covered what makes sem awesome.
