Slight confected character to the blood orange nose, powerful and punchy at first sniff but a strong sense of salinity kicks in. Moderate acidity only but there’s a great sense of freshness, more tart and strawberried. Gets more savoury with time on the palate, very saline, and a long, pebbly finish. wonderful.
