Stor chenin! Duft af smør, modne æbler, lidt lakrids og noget kvæde. Dejlig reduktiv på næsen. Fin syre. Smag af modne gule æbler, lidt smør, kvæde og noget bittert

Older barrels, twelve months, partial malo. Reductive, flinty nose gives way to blossoms, apples, and a faintest hint of butter. The texture is fantastic, at once weighty and light. Medium length, bright, and full on the finish. Pretty balance all around. Good now, excited to see it down the road.

At first a bit reductive, but comes together pretty fast. Herbal nose with hints of chamomile. Nice minerality which helps balancing the apple/nectarine fruity notes. Long salty finish.
