Gave this a few minutes to warm up from a deeper chill. Sea water, apricot on the nose, with apricot, pineapple and bay leaf among the dominant flavors. it has an interesting yet pleasing mouthfeel that envelopes in a heavy silk that rests lightly, kinda floating above and barely resting on the palate, providing some green apple to just cut through the sweetness of the glaze. Don’t drink this very often, but seemed like one of the better pairing options …

Not overly familiar w this varietal but my wife loved this at a local Neal wine dinner. Very light With aromas and flavors like pear or grass that aren't particularly pronounced Neal's website describes that the vermentino vines are uniquely trellised beneath some Cabernet vines, which seems to be a great business decision if it doesn't notably impact cab yield. This goes great with our lump crab meat appetizer, but Is a little softer than ideal for our Alaskan salmon …

Was a great Easter addition, especially for the lovers of Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc, as the Vermentino has similar characteristics. Fresh and fun, bright stone fruit and great roundness overall.

Great producer, just not my preferred grape or style. Light on flavor and character.

Refreshing, average table wine. The aroma is absent or limited. The body is medium. The flavor development progresses a little bit and stops abruptly.

Coravined. Pale straw color. Pina colada and lemon zest on the nose. Smooth, dry, tart, subtly creamy palate, with soft acidity. Not my style. This is Neal Family’s first ever vintage of this wine (made from Rutherford fruit).
