Fruity nose, peaches, honey, sweet toffee nose Some peppery notes, strong alcohol, creamy texture Fresh but also rich and layered, very peppery Finish creamy and something like marzipan

Tasting@Changi (T3) : [21 year minimum] Nutty, full, cedar, manuka honey. Great finish, soft florals and fresh cocoa. Doesn't take watering.

Light copper color. Rich nose of plums, sticky toffee pudding, lemon meringue, curry spice, and orange rind. The palate starts smooth and sweet, perking up with the faintly bitter, citric hint of kumquat. This has a light, somewhat malty finish. This is more successful than the Select Reserve, but less flavorful than the Robur Reserve. All three share a relative meekness on the palate compared to a multifaceted and intriguing nose. Smag: Akaciehonning, marcipan, sød, frisk, fed og velafbalanceret. Eftersmag: marcipan, lidt salt. Glenrothes køber nye ubrugte amerikanske egefade og leaser dem ud til sherrybodegaer. Karakter: 10.
