Blasses Gelbgold. Erste Reife. Heftige 2010er typische Säure. Wirkt dadurch fast halbtrocken. Anfängliche Wahrnehmung etwas dumpf aber ein enormer Nachhall. Sehr gute Länge. Mineralisch. Mittelgewichtig, typischer Spätlese Stil. Kein Auslese Charakter. Eine Spätlese, die man als Aperitif reichen kann. Als Dessert zum Zitronensorbet? ca. 51 Euro für 6 Flaschen ein Schnäppchen. 88-91? 2013-2025+?

The 2010 Brauneberger Juffer from Willi Haag offers a mix of baked apple, lime, honeysuckle and pineapple. There is sweetness but enough acidity to balance it out. This is full and coats your palate. Well done. (Drink 2011-2018) - JD
