Stephane Bernaudeau, Les Terres Blanches, VdF

This is the oldest bottle I’ve tasted from Bernaudeau, and I was impressed with how well it’s evolved. Super fresh and vibrant, complex and full of energy. So cool!

Dim Sum Club at Royal Pavilion (Royal Pavilion, Park Regis Hotel, Singapore) : This was a really interesting wine. Chenin Blanc pushed in a direction that I have not encountered before. It had an arresting nose, with chalk and lanolin, apple flesh and citrus scents of kumquats and lemon scents, apples and white flowers, all lined with a saline mineral twang.
