I love it! Sharp acidity with Brett flavor and wonderful fruit. 8% abv makes it a good breakfast, lunch or dinner wine. Not sweet enough to be a desert wine for me. Absolutely Fabulous! Highly effervescent.

Deep ruby color and tiny bubbles typical of Bugey-Cerdon pink sparklings. Aroma of roses and raspberries. Effervescence on palate is faint but pleasant, tons of raspberries and a bit of sweetness. Extremely pleasant and great QPR. Paired with Rheims rose biscuits.

Bright watermelon in color — and tasting a bit that way as well. Zippy, refreshing, and a beautiful way to begin a lovely outdoor luncheon.

Fairly sweet but with nuanced and rich flavor: sophisticated and with qualities that led some to think it was a pear cider(!)
