Tasting great - fruit forward, medium-light body but mouthfilling. Should be great with persimmon/blue cheese salad and turkey wing mole.

Day after bottling, tastes a bit bottle shocked. Will cork up and put in fridge for a few days. This wine was made from an expired kit, so hoping it is just bottle shock!
