I’d recommend this as an alternative to those that don’t like big buttery oaky chardonnays. The wine is thicker as expected and flavour reminds me of tart pineapple. Full and round.

Too sweet, too fruity, not my type at all. Everyone else seemed to enjoy.

Its bright and slightly tart. A good food wine. Especially Spicy food or stir fry.

Nice medium yellow color wine with residual sugar notes, nice grapes presence with semi-dry finish. Paired well with chicken pot pie.

A solid chardonnay that came across with overt oak notes. The feel of the wine was nice, but the flavors were all pretty basic and straightforward.

Pale lemon colour. Rather intense, bright citrus nose. Not as acidic as that suggests, quite creamy and thick. Tangy, moderately fruity, a touch of bitterness. Not too bad, moderate value. [Screwcap; 13.5% abv; Sainsbury's, on offer at £8].

Pretty good, quaffable Chard for the price. Apple, pear, barely ripe pineapple and a smidge of cream and spice on the nose. Medium acidity and medium (+) but unobtrusive alcohol (13.5%). Fine for cocktailing or with food, this style is a happy medium between California and more austere Old World versions.

Qualité surprenante pour le prix. De belles notes de poires sur une bouche avec un léger beurre. L'acidité est bonne. 88 sur 100.

A quaffer, reasonably inoffensive but nothing more really.

Medium yellow color wine with light residual sugar notes. Easy drinking with smooth finale. A bit short on complexity but nice quality vs. price ratio.

Nice citrus notes with good acid balance-- degrades with air, crisp NZ style. Distinctly different from CA chards. Simple.

Distinctive New Zealand style. Crisp and mineral like Chablis but more of melon citrusy characteristic of New Zealand. Paired w Peking duck appetizer

{screwcap, 13.5%} Mild clean chardonnay; a little oak seasoning and some nicely ripe but not-too-sweet peachy fruit, maybe with just a little malo character to flesh it out. Just medium-bodied. Shortish finish. Serviceable at best.

color: light yellow straw; nose: light oak; taste: light-bodied mouth feel, lychee fruit taste, short-length finish with mineral and apple notes, faint tannins; overall: overly demure personality (not a chard style I favor), ordinary QPR at $15/bottle (but would be a value at under $12), ready to drink as of Dec 2016, decent on its own as a reception or picnic wine
