Perlage Fattoria di Vaira Bianco

To my understanding, this is a collaboration wine made by organic Treviso winery Perlage using the grapes from Fattoria di Vaira in Molise. A blend of biodynamically farmed Falanghina and Malvasia. 12% alvohol, 4 g/l residual sugar and 5,2 g/l acidity. Tasted blind in VV. Pale yellow-green color.
