Bright lemon colour; focus & nervosity to bouquet; classic snap & bite, complex; rasping, bone dry, assertive finish. Will age further.

Straw coloured; blanched almonds, pear skin, sleek; dry (but not bone dry), ripe Conference pear, refreshing to low acidity, showy; shapely finish, long. One for the short/medium term. Can be enjoyed now.
