Poured first taste about 45 minutes after opening. Strong nose, lots of strawberry and hay. When drinking I got hit with light earthy flavors that made their way to some creamy berries, and finishing with a quick hint of red/green peppers. Paired nicely with some broiled lamb chops and boiled carrots.

We opened this an didn't care for it all that much. So we used it to make Gluhwein. Much better!
