Another fine offering from Pascual. Full bodied. I think the bogus Drinkability numbers are so wrong, again. Will drink well for another 2-3 years.

rich red and black fruits, ripe, cedar, mint, toothpaste, jammy palate. Firm tannins, the wine lingers around. Not bad.

sweet red and blue berries, along with some vanilla on the nose, medium bodied, with an interesting seaweed character, plum, spice and blueberry flavors as well, not a rich malbec, but a restrained style

Sweet but pure fruit, raspberries and spices, floral note (rose), juicy but with pleasant phenolic grip, fresh and with a certain elegance, nothing overdone, medium body (13.5% ABV), good resonance and length. A nice, basic Malbec. Good value.

Nice dark purple color. Nose of cassis and a little anise. Blueberry pie flavor and a short finish. Good QPR.

Deep inky purple almost black in the glass. The wine is so thick you almost need to chew it. Soft tannins with a medium finish. Ripe blackberry fruit with hints of licorice. The nose is weak even after giving the wine plenty of air. A terrific value malbec at $9.50.
