Amazing. Even when sipped over days, left in the fridge.

A more delicate wine than I expected. Medium intensity on the nose but opening more with time. Red fruit, spice, fair bit of oak. Smooth. If you can wait a few years it will certainly improve. Clearly well made and on par with the top Paso producers. Update: left a glass in the bottle to try the next night and it didn’t hold up at all, so either gas/vacuum it if that’s the plan

Not much on the nose, some sulphur, a dot of sharpie. It's a short finish and it's tannins balance on a subtle chalky sensation. The flavor is a berry blend, like a candy with just enough sweet to entice another. Pair with chicken soup, pot pie, or hamburger helper.
