Concha Y Toro Sauvignon Blanc Terrunyo El Triángulo Vineyard Block 28

This turned up on Wegeman's shelf, and as a fan of coastal Chilean sauvignon blanc, I felt obliged to try one. Amazingly, given the age, it's still quite good, and had become very smooth. In fact, so smooth that it wasn't much help to be tasting against the spicy Thai chicken, rice noodles and chiles. But it is not over the hill, in fact quite a good blend of fruit and acid still. So nothing to declare....
