We drank this with crispy baked cod on 12/28/09. It had a typical Pinot Gris bouquet with lemon, pear and apple aromas. The palate was light, crisp and round with grapefruit, pear apple and pineapple flavors. It also had a long clean finish that smacked of minerals.
