Very refined and complex but will easily be overpowered by the food. Perhaps best by it self or a mild fish dish. Tried with grilled fish, which was a bit too much.

Buttery popcorn nose, overmature peach and pineapple, with a lemon twist. Saffron and green tea complement. Slightly reductive. Very complex and harmonious, but not as thrilling as the 2018 Certezas Semillon from the same producer. Drink now - 2025.
