It has the right bank sophistication, but very approachable. powder sugar, perfume, leather, mushrooms, tar, hint of chocolate covered raspberry. The alcohol is a bit strong, but not overpowering. Finish is short, but good mouth feel and very good food pairing wine. Especially for the cost.
