Champagne Suenen Champagne Grand Cru "Les Robarts" Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Millésime

Not showing a lot of personality initially, but after a few hours this opens into an elegant & structured BdB. That being said, for my palate Bouchard's & Ulysse Collin's wines are a step ahead of this and its being sold at a price point that doens't leave a lot of room for underperfomance

Stunning wine: precise, layered, great future

Mainly champagnes with hotpot : Guessed BdB from a more classic year like 2014 because of the linearity. Rather candied at first but the citrus fruit and tension emerged with air. At this stage, still too young compared to the very impressive 2014 I tried a while ago.
