Pioneer Hopyard Vineyard Pinot Gris

Would never have guessed this to be a Pinot Gris in a blind tasting. Color is rather dark, nose is weak. Wine is very acidic and tart, and with an undertaste not of fruit, but more like honey. It actually paired pretty well with pork tenderloin, but it isn't really the sort of thing I go for. Not bad for an inexpensive wine, though, and I'm certain others might like it more than I.
