Day 1: Glasvin Universal. 14.5%. Fruit is the star of the show here. Plum, Bing cherries and cassis. Iodine, rose petals, dust and wood. Nice balance on this wine and medium plus finish. This will evolve in my opinion over 3 days. 92+ Day 2: Fruit still the star but picks up some nice tobacco leaves, spices, iodine, wood, minerals and leather. This is a fruit forward style in its youth but expect this to evolve into more a Bordeaux …

Med purp. Black cherry and loam on the nose. In the mouth, rich dark cherry and plum. Iodine salt in the mid, some fennel. Long finish with tobacco leaf and vanilla. Comes across a bit medicinal. Excellent balance and fruit though. I like it, not going to give it a number.

Terrific wine. Excellent balance, very precise fruit, lovely drinkable freshness, subtle earth/herbal quality. Enjoyable to gulp. Also a great food wine. Very talented winemaker. Recommend!
