The Seventh Annual World's Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine (My House, Houston, TX) : Retail $65. 100% Pinot Noir. Rosé. More of a light bubblegum in color with a dirty, wild strawberry vibe on the nose. Good fruit and balance here as well, with a bit of flint and a touch of sweetness, both of which work.
