Dover Canyon Menage

Had with Valentine's Day dinner...didn't feel like taking detailed notes. Time has treated this Bordeaux-styled Cab. Sauv./Cab. Franc/Merlot blend well. Very smooth, mature wine. This is clearly past its peak however...my guess is this was probably at its peak 2 years ago.
