Robert Klingenfus Tokay Pinot Gris Clos des Chartreux Cuvée Guillaume

Absolutely perfect. I had not expected this wine to age so well. The barrique was beautifully integrated, just a slight toasty touch still there. Nice ripe fruit to give the wine a powerful body. And a perfect acidity still to support all this.
