Lovely cava with age, 2007 is a bottle that we forgot about in the cellar. classic and elegant. Golden colour. Dried apple, toasted bread notes but still fresh with citrus, small lingering bubbles. This was a very pleasant surprise.

Color: Bright straw yellow. Nose: Fresh and fruity, with bright lime and sweet strawberry fruit aromas and some pineapple in there as well. There's also a bubblegum-like character and a rosy floral smell to it alongside a faint dusty old barrel (but in a good way) note and some yeasty sourdough (unbaked). Unfortunately, though nicely expressive on the first sniff, much of the bouquet disappears after just a very short time in the glass, leaving the old-cellar and yeast character …

A March Saturday family dinner (Swedish apartment) : Last bottle :-( Great pleasure :-) This wine has matured well and still has places to go. I've had the privilege of following it for almost 2 years now. It's really great stuff. Highly recommended with a QPR out of this World.

nice little nose with light citrus and bread/sour dough. Palate again with citrus and bread, but the second you swallow the wine, the taste is gone. only a watery feeling left on your tongue. Starts ok but ends disappointingly.

Clean and shiny medium intensity lemon yellow, small bubbles. Clean medium intensity nose, somewhat neutral, mostly autolytic, some lactic notes and hints of apple. Dry, creamy, medium-ligh body, medium-high acidity, medium structure, medium evolution, not specially wide. Medium duration aftertaste of medium-low intensity. It's a very industrial Cava, it lacks personality, elegance or complexity. Just drinkable.

nose: crisp citrus fruits. Yeast, starfruit, lime, stone. Clean smell. Taste: dry, good acidity, watermelon, sour peach, pink grapefruit. Really good structure and a balanced sparkling wine without aggressive fruit, foam, sharpness. Really nice bubble with cool zippy mouth feel. Clean palate teaser/cleanser. Good for aperitif. Hint of crispy banana bread crust.

Nose: crisp yellow apple, slightly yeasty, yuzu citrus, buttermilk biscuit, yogurt, lime. Very fragrant, with nice stoney edge. Taste: very dry, good acidity. Decent amount of fruit in the profile: unripe peach, green banana, starfruit, yellow apple. Bubbles are very nice, mousse is not overly fine, medium weight mousse. Nice lemon zestiness. Good structure, nice sweet yuzu finish. Surprising amount of flavor for a cava! Very nice.
