Popped and poured. Cooled in an ice bucket. Medium plus nose of vanilla, chocolate, and red cherries. On the palate you also taste the red cherries and some vanilla. Delicious. EDIT: saved a last glass with a Repour, refrigerated, and consumed 3 weeks later. Agree with the note above, maybe with a hint of fresh turned earth added. Therefore would decant this a bit next time.
