A gueuze-clone, made from pilsner malt (2/3) and wheat (1/3). Fermented in oak with a mixture of saccharomyces, brettanomyces, lactobacillus and pediococcus, aged and fermented in oak barrels for at least 12 months before blending the final blend and bottling. 5% alcohol, best before December 31st, 2034. Pale and slightly hazy yellow-green color with a small white head that disappears very quickly. Best before 1st of May, 2034. Consistent with my previous tasting note. This is a nicely sour, enjoyably funky and all in all well-made Gueuze imitation. Most likely will continue to develop for a long time. Recommended.
