Monte dei Roari I Crearoi Veneto IGT

Monte dei Roari (nowadays Vini Sassara) are located just south west of Verona in the Custoza area. I Crearoi is equal parts of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave (aka Verdicchio) where half of the Garganega grapes has been air dried for a month.
