I bought three of these at the winery way back when. At the time it was one of the few 2011s that I was willing to invest in. My gut was right, this is wonderful. Light floral notes and red fruit galore, this likely is just getting started and has places to go still. Enjoyed over two days and it was excellent both nights.

really started to open up after about an hour of sitting in my reidel. a lighter cherry taste turned more pronounced with some earth and the finish is lengthening. actually becoming quite enjoyable.

It did not have the flavor that I remember. Very disappointed in how it cellared.

Bright cherry with decent acidity. This has not held up over the last year with it being a little less substantial then I remembered it. It wasn't bad but it was just another decent ordinary wine.

I love Torii 11's but this just doesn't have too much to it. Dark berries with short finish. No earth.

Nice nose of cherry and maybe cedar. Bright cherry flavors with big acidity which played great against the flashiness of the salmon. Medium finish with cedar and a little hit of pepper at the end. Not complex but enjoyable.

Bought if for the name (wife's name), but was surprisingly pleased. Lots of soft red fruit mixed with some pepper towards the finish. 89 night #1, 91 night #2.

PnP on a Monday night. A light, pretty style with a subtle cherry fruitiness. There's a nice acidity that helps this wine go well with food. Not too much to think about, but a reliably pleasing weeknight drinker.

Very likable, food friendly wine. Pretty light-bodied with lots of nice cherry. The tannins are noticeable but not prominent and there's a nice acidity present. There's not much of a finish and the fruit tastes are straightforward without complexity. A good wine for a Tuesday night.

Light and bright cherry flavors with supple tannins and a lingering finish. Simple, but well balanced and delicious.

Pale, barnyard and cherry on nose. Light, burgundy style on palate; fairly acidic
