Fonjoya Delta Mont Baudile Saint Gilles Grande Sélection Les Albizias

A perfectly serviceable Rhone-adjacent wine for lunchtime at the bistro. Raspberry, vanilla, some funky VA type notes, cola (yep there's Carignan), cherry candy (and yep there's Grenache), and garrigue, with a decent bit of structure to push back against my steak-frites. Hardly a profound glass, but sometimes you just need a decent little red with your steak-frites.
