Eight Thousand Lakes Sauvignon Blanc

This has zesty green nose with lots of gooseberry, grapefruit and a little tropical fruit. Very different to a Kiwi or South American SB. The palate has almost a salty feel to it and there aren't bags of tropical fruits but something that is more restrained and refreshing, than zingy and fruity.
