A trip around Niagara; 6/15/2015-6/28/2015 (Ontario, Canada) : 275 cases, 3.2 g/l residual sugar. Peach, spice, lemon and orange. Mouthfeel is nicely restrained while still having hints at some of the richer flavours of the variety. Medium length.
