13% abv. Lemon candy, lime, Mandarin, herb oil and a few greeny note. Simply good for an apreritif. Much better than New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc for my taste.

Nose: Herbal cat pee with underlying honey Palate: A bit grapfruity. Some melon and tropical notes. Hints of menthol and thyme. High acid and a smooth finish. Great minerality on the back end.

Spring flowers. Noticeably aromatic. Classic fuller bodied. Less minerality than an American Sauvignon blanc. Very refreshing. Melon honey. Crisp apples.
