Santorini Assyrtiko Yannis

blend of asstyico, athiri and aidani grapes. almost pale color. lots of gummy bears, plastic and lemons and minerals on the nose. very interesting. on the palate this has a lot of minerals and lemon cream. oily, but balanced by medium+ acid. nice, simple summer sipping white.
