No formal note but this was lovely with pear, lemon, quite creamy, touch of yeast, very fine mousse, creamy, loemony finish. Excellent.

Good value. Great British sparkling. Second vintage I try (previous 2015), both delicious. Still young, can easily mature for 5+ more years.

Citrus and green apples on the nose. Dry. Fresh, with a racy acidity. Minerals and hazelnut. BftB🍾🥂

Being released in November. Marmite on the nose, lemons, green apple and distinct smell of cucumber. Firm acidity, but under control, ripe fruit, lemon peel, Long and toasty. Opens up in the glass. Very nice wine and good price too, £40.
