This bottle showed quite different from the last, more open and not as pointed. Subtle nose of red flowers, bright red cherries with a touch of earth. Macerated red cherry and raspberry on the palate with notes of cherry cola, dried mushrooms and a touch of blackberry. This really changed a lot in the glass over a few hours.

Earthy nose that blew off quickly. Tart red cherry and raspberry on the palate. Cranberry notes mixed with stemmy influences makes for a decidedly acidic and bright wine.
