A unique, light on its feet, palate cleansing sparkler with nearly but not bracing acidity. Maintains a sense of balance and offers enough fruit & minerality to keep it on the positive side of austere. I won't run out and buy a case of this but I'll certainly grab another soon and give it another go. Really fun, refreshing and just right for summer.

Ok, ok, my initial review might have been a little too enthusiastic. Still enjoyed this bottle but can't relate to the finesse and singularity I found in the first one. Nice toasted notes, reminds me of a PN rose in terms of body.

Somewhere between frizante and sparkling Cloudy yellow N - pear? I also get a hint of mastic or tree sap M - actually pretty yummy- there’s a slight herbal bitterness and I’m not even sure that fruit comes across. Interesting wine.

Took me a few sips to really understand all the flavors and aromas, but truly enjoyed it.

My lesser of my two Vorias. Basic compared to the bright yellow Catarrati I tasted a few weeks ago. This Perricone is hazy pink with notes of grapefruit and fresh raspberry. Good for a tired brain.

Gyllen gul farge, gulpommer lett fast smak med tynn frukt og svak syre rett etter åpning. Valnøtt etter litt temperatur. 2 dager i flasken: Mye bedre. Surøl, bedre syre, jule-flesk, opp 3 poeng fra 80

If you want to jump into natural/organic/biodynamic winemaking and avoid some major obstacles along the way, Sicily is the ideal place to start. These guys are blessed with a classic Mediterranean climate – lots of sunshine, moderate rainfall, great ventilation, minimum disease. And they have Cataratto, a grape that’s usually written off as being high-yielding and boring. Don’t be fooled though, this varietal can definitely give some exciting wines. Unfortunately, due to refermentation overload, Voria wasn’t on top of its …

Light and fresh sparkler. Quite fruity, dominated by pineapple and orange peel. Nothing complex or ’grand’ about this, but an easy drinking and fin wine.

Ganska blyg rosato frizzante på druvan Perricone. Röda bär, jord och örter. En lite väl enkel men ändock trevlig törstsläckare.

Spiced apple cider and a finish akin to sour beers. The palate lacked the follow through needed from the intriguing aromatic profile.
