Domaine Jubain Cairanne Tremere

You could do so much better with these 100 year old vines then this modernist thirteen in a dozen wine. Good concentration of course with such old vins but a nose dominated by typical industrial yeasts used by many now with some meat (lard) like in a Cote Rotie but it lacks the typical garigue nose and fine herbs. Not a bad wine but no terroir wine. Give it 2/3 extra years and try again.
