Very fruity, almost but not quite to the point of sweetness, with a nice, tart, green-apple finish. A good one to have in the rotation.

An interesting blend of Chardonnay, melon de Bourgogne and Sauvignon Blanc. It is crisp, fruitie, aromatic with good minerality. It has green apple and pear notes. Good with fresh asparagus.
