Medium lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe green apples, ripe lemon, white peach, flint, wet stone, saline, slate and lillies. Medium taste of ripe green apples, pear, ripe lemon, white peach, saline, wet stone, flint and slate. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Chablis Premier Cru with good maturation and complexity. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with fish or shellfish.

Not expensive at 20 euros, but nor should it be - this is a GC in name only. Quite decent notes of lemon and chalky minerality, but a bit dilute and bland too. Drinkable and not at all unpleasant, but not up to much.

Very good and very powerful Chablis from a (still) not very welk-known producer. Still young, lemon and grapefruit notes, (very) high acidity, long finish. Hold, 91+.

First of two bottles. P&P. Medium-light yellow-green. Aromas and flavours of citrus pith and wet stone. A little sour on the palate. Medium-full body, high acid, XD, medium alcohol (12.5%). Medium intensity.

Quite ripe and sweet on the nose, with aromas of pineapple, yellow apple, and crunchy mango accented by minty herbs, white flowers and oyster shells. Intense ripe fruit on the palate, a little soft for Chablis, but finishing crisp and mineral, with plenty of citrus notes and delicate umami and saline nuances. Delicious and refreshing, but not a cutting and zippy style of Chablis. Should age well for 5 or so, maybe longer.
