color, deep ckear red. 1st nose, vanila. 2nd nose, roasted oak. On the palate, big body with great fruit and tannis balance. Medium to long finish.

Tart and rather one dimensional. Dark pomegranate, tar, beef and blood orange flavors. Definitely not a $150 per bottle wine, as noted by others.

Color, clear red; 1st nose, red fruits and spices; 2nd nose, roasted vanila and oak; on the palate, we’ll structured, big body and great balance of fruits and tannins. This wine has improved quite a bit after only a year since the last tasting.

Color, intense clear red; 1st nose, red fruits, spices and vanilla; 2nd nose, oak and prunes. On the palate, medium body with not much of structure. Medium finish.

Wow, I actually think the first bottle may have been better. 😁

Wow, pretty darn mediocre. And this is $150 at the winery?!?!? You’d think at that price (which is sadly becoming a pretty common price point for Napa CS!), there’d be something enlightened or elevated, or just special about this wine, but not really. Wow, big disappointment. Giving this 85 Points and a Terrible QPR. Obviously, no need to get more.
