In a really good spot. Little bit of remnant reduction on the nose but also nice lemon curd and peach fruit and flowers. Quite rich on the palate, nice extract. Quite broad. Good level of acidity. Quite opulent for a 14 and not the most focused wine but delicious.

I think this wine is ready to go. Slow sipped over a period of a few hours. No decant. Enjoyed with 22 course omakase sushi dinner. Still developing with a few more years, however, I like the spot it is in now. Shed a little baby fat since the last time I tasted this. Very nice

First vintage of this wine for Dujac, pretty aromatics and good mouthfeel. Nice amount of richness and acidity.

5+ years since my last bottle, which I seem to have liked quite a bit. This was equally impressive, though obviously further down the maturity curve. A nicely made wine in a generally classical style. Glad to have a few more to drink over the next few years.

It's worthwhile asking the question, how does this wine compare to our favorite domestic chardonnays, like Kistler and Aubert? I hope to answer this question. Popped and poured. Very clear and pretty golden color. On nose, very big, mineral-driven, citrus and fresh cut wood. Bit of vitamin pill. Beautifully complex nose. On palate, wine is sound. Medium-high acidity, medium alcohol. Great mouthfeel, medium length finish (even though Meadows didn't think so). Meyer lemon citrus, allspice, touch of oak, malo note …

Rich (as you might expect at this young stage) but balanced with fine mineral on the nose. Terrific wine. 93-94

GMs - Kevin back in Town : Blind. Ozone, flinty, smoke, grapefruit and pear. Clean and lean fruit, a little sweetness present but it gets cleaned up nicely. Good length and balance. Suspect this will put on more weight over the next few years and take a step up as a result.

Bright yellow. Matchstick reduction hides an incredibly pure nose of peach. Impressive tension and crisp acidity frame medium-light flavors of stone fruit wrapped in a lithe body. Drink starting 2020.

La Paulée de New York Gala Dinner (Pier Sixty - New York NY) : Lush and fleshy, this is as rich as most 2014s but comes across as riper than most. Opulent, almost elegant.

Fun to pour blind, as it was the first time anyone had had this era of Dujac whites. In short, a stunner. Rocks and flowers with a vibrant acidic backbone. I hope these perform well from a premox perspective, because they are fantastic.

Preferred to Combettes. Bit more depth, complexity.

Has a nose of pure white peach. There’s a fruit sweet mid-palate and some lemon/lime sherbet like acidity. It is fine and long.
